The client is a leading consumer products company with 6000 plus employees with operations in 23 countries. The company has a global HRIS system in place, but they are not leveraging the data insights from the HRIS. The HRBPs have basic operational reports available and not able to meet Business leaders request for data driven insights to make strategic business decisions. The available operational reports are standard table reports with minimal flexibility built in them. This lack of analytics resulted in client making strategic decisions based on gut feelings than data driven metrics, and is not giving the expected ROI. The client decided to use data and analytics to drive workforce decisions and Implement Data Governance

Our Approach

Our Data and Analytics experts evaluated the current state and came up with a plan to meet the organizational needs. Dashboards for headcount, diversity, turnover, Recruiting, performance results, compensation, succession, and Learning were implemented and rolled out globally.  Dashboards to enable cross functional domain insights to have been implemented building integrations between HRIS and internal Analytics tools. There were a large number of HRBPs, managers and cross functional stakeholders with different data analytics needs. Our team worked closely with the client leaders in harmonizing the reporting requirements and aligning them global process.
