Initiating a strategic five-year program, the company aimed to streamline processes using advanced technology, consolidating SAP ECC into a unified SAP S/4HANA instance. The goal encompassed standardizing core processes—record-to-report, procure-to-pay, master data management, order-to-cash, and supply chain—across intricate regional deployments. The company wanted to enable centralized data access for informed decision-making, and empower its employees to focus on value-added tasks achieve the following objectives, thereby fostering sustained business growth.
Leveraging our extensive experience in managed services for numerous organizations, we comprehensively assessed the client's challenges. Our SAP experts collaborated with stakeholders, analyzing business processes and regional needs. In a swift 20-week timeframe, close cooperation with affiliates and integration partners led to impactful influence over 100 design decisions for ERP configuration. We identified and addressed process risks, including 47 role-related conflicts and over 1,100 undefined transactions. Our role extended to designing, standardizing, and simplifying user permissions in line with SAP S/4HANA best practices. Additionally, we contributed to data governance, cleansing, and ongoing management, executed 2,500+ UAT scripts, updated 300+ SOPs, aided in end-user training content creation and change management materials, and advised on localizing the global template across 28 EMEA countries.
